CONCEPT
RENA(E)ISSANCE, A PLAY ON THE FRENCH WORD FOR REBIRTH, IS BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF RENEWING AND REVIVING IN BOTH ART AND ARTISTIC EXPRESSION AND EXPLORATION.
Our group classes and individual healing sessions seek to reclaim misdirected power and revitalize creationary lags using multiple modalities (that may include reiki therapy, focused breath work, kundalini activation, meditative mindfulness, and chakra balancing techniques specifically designed for clearing energies and removing negative thought patterns). We offer both individual sessions and group workshops to help to free your muse, ignite your passion, and disentangle your potentialities. Whether you seek to refine oft-used skills or to uncover hidden gifts, we can work together toward most any goal.
